Northwest Building has a long history of investing in industrial properties in the greater Puget Sound. Over the past several decades, the company has assembled an industrial portfolio totaling more than 6 million square feet, consisting of big-box distribution centers, business parks, and flex/incubator properties. Northwest Building is a direct investor, utilizing its own capital to fund new investments with a long-term ownership approach.

Northwest Building has developed millions of square feet of real estate over its long history. Today, we are focused on developing self-storage facilities in high barrier-to-entry markets, where thoughtful execution and disciplined site selection drive long-term value.

Storage Acquisitions

Northwest Building has invested significant capital in recent acquisitions of self-storage facilities. Our self-storage acquisition initiative is focused on value-add opportunities in strong, high-barrier-to-entry markets. Core and core-plus acquisitions that complement our existing self-storage network are also considered for investment.

Our team works with contractors and vendors of all sizes to complete a variety of projects. We pride ourselves on delivering projects on time and on budget and ensuring that all participants are communicated with regularly and treated fairly throughout the process.
